How does it work?

Our Natural Frizz-Free Hydration Hair Mist is like a mini spa day for your hair! It uses a blend of natural oils and hydrating ingredients to give your locks lightweight moisture, reduce frizz, and detangle hair. When you spritz it on, Jojoba and Argan Oils nourish and soften your strands, while Pro Vitamin B5 locks in hydration, boosts shine, strengthens hair, and kicks split ends to the curb.

This clever mist has two phases – one of natural oils and one of water – to give you the best results, detangling, reducing frizz, and leaving your hair looking glossy and healthy. Whether your hair is damp or dry, this mist works wonders without weighing you down. Just remember to shake the bottle before use to mix everything up!

Can I use this hair mist daily?

Will this mist help with colour-treated hair?

Does the mist have a strong fragrance? Not at all! We know a pleasant scent can make hair care feel even better, so we crafted a refreshing Cucumber & Mint fragrance that’s light and uplifting. Can I use your hair mist if I have scalp issues?

Definitely! Our Detangling Spray is gentle and nourishing, perfect for those with dry or sensitive scalps. The lightweight formula hydrates and soothes the scalp while helping to detangle and protect hair. With nourishing ingredients like Jojoba and Argan Oils and Pro Vitamin B5, it promotes a healthy scalp environment without causing irritation. We do recommend doing a patch test before full application to make sure your scalp loves it!

Can I use this mist with other styling products?

Of course! Our detangler is a team player and pairs well with your favourite styling products. Layer it on for added moisture and shine without worrying about clumping or buildup. It’s the perfect way to enhance your styling routine while keeping your hair healthy and happy!

'Fragrance' is listed as one of the ingredients in this product. What does this mean?

When we first started making products, we used a blend of essentials oils to give them a lovely fragrance. But many people have severe reactions and allergies to them, even in small amounts. As a result, and because we make products for people with sensitive skin, we took them out of most products. Instead, we helped to develop a special kind of fragrant oil, whereby each component in it is less than the EU allergy threshold. This is how we can have a pleasant-smelling product without the reactions. The scents we use are proprietary blends from the company we get them from, and we’ve had no reactions since we made the switch. Also, of course, it is free from phthalates, which is the main concern in fragrances.

Because we make our products for our families, we have a strict ingredient philosophy that excludes ingredients like Parabens, Phenoxyethanol and penetration enhancers.

We show all of the ingredients we use in our products on our website, not just the pretty ones. That way you know exactly what's in each one, and can get in touch if you have any more questions.

Please be aware that the ingredients we use in our formulas may be updated occasionally and therefore vary from time to time. Please refer to the ingredient list on the product packaging for the most up-to-date and relevant list of ingredients.

It is our aim to offer a fast and reliable delivery service, using the method specified in the checkout procedure. The cost of your delivery is automatically calculated depending on the total value of your order. Any order £30 and above is free of charge.

We ship orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be despatched the following week. We always endeavour to despatch orders as soon as possible, often within 24 hours. However, selecting 24hour delivery does not necessarily mean you will receive your parcel the next day.  We will sometimes need to order items in from suppliers to complete your order (i.e. non-stock items or those which have sold out of in the shop). If we expect a delay of more than a few days with your order, we will contact you to advise. If you need one or more of your items urgently then please do feel free to contact our online team on info@elixirhealth.co.uk for a more accurate idea of despatch times. 

It is always best to allow up to seven working days for delivery but unfortunately this can sometimes take longer. 

International shipping: We cannot guarantee delivery dates for overseas deliveries as they are sometimes subject to customs clearance and delays in the destination country. Whilst we are happy to ship internationally (some exceptions apply), we are unfortunately unable to advise on the fees you may be charged on receipt of your delivery. We are not able to issue refunds for parcels rejected due to these fees, so if you wish to proceed with your international order then we advise that you must do so at your own risk.

If you have ordered from one of the countries we are not permitted to ship to then our team will contact you and arrange for the order to be cancelled & refunded. International shipping may be more restricted for some items and ingredients.

 

Other Important Information

Where it is not possible for Royal Mail to deliver your order, it will be held at your local Royal Mail office for 5 days before being returned to us. To contact your local sorting office to arrange re-delivery or collection, please call 08457 740 740 in the UK.

We would advise that you check your local sorting office before contacting us if delivery has taken more than seven working days in the UK and Overseas, although overseas customers may have to wait up to two weeks.

If your order has been 'lost in the post’, it will only be investigated 17 working days after it was shipped because it is only after this period that the Royal Mail regards postage as officially lost.

European customers should note that in some rare occasions parcels do appear to take longer than usual to arrive and in such occasions it may be necessary to wait longer before further action is taken. This is largely because of the varied quality of postal services throughout Eurozone countries.

After the post office has completed its investigations, it will subsequently refund Elixir for the value of the parcel and postage and package. Upon receiving our costs from the post office your replacement parcel will then be re-sent, or your costs reimbursed if the product is no longer required. Customers are therefore advised to request signed for deliveries to ensure full tracking opportunities.

Depending upon the weight of your consignment we will inform you of the price separately.

Every order we send is despatched either first class Royal Mail, or if the parcel exceeds 1kg, at our discretion, send the goods by parcel post, which can take a few days longer to reach you. On any recorded delivery, a signature may be required on delivery. In the case of recorded deliveries which fail to be delivered an acknowledgement card will be left stating the time and place for you to collect. International orders will take a little longer.

Please Note: If orders weigh more than two kilos we will often send packages in two separate boxes in the interests of security and safety.

As an online retailer, we are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week for you to place your online order. Our web team are available to pack and ship items Monday to Friday. Our delivery schedule is also governed by the Post Office opening. Please also consider Public Holiday closing.
