[Blocked nose remedy]
[A. Vogel] Sinuforce Nasal Spray with menthol provides rapid relief from a blocked or congested nose. It reduces swelling of the nasal mucous membranes, but leaves the natural protective function intact.
The 100% natural ingredients soothe your nasal mucous membranes.
[A Vogel] Sinuforce Nasal Spray with menthol also contains peppermint oil and eucalyptus oil to ease breathing, and chamomile oil which has a soothing effect on your nose.
If required, the nasal spray can be used over a prolonged period of up to 30 days.
The unique bottle makes preservatives unnecessary.
[Directions]
Spray once or twice into each nostril 3-5 times daily.
There are no age restrictions to the use of this product.
Holding the bottle upright, remove the plastic cap and insert the nozzle into the nostril. Depress the pump by placing the fingers on either side of the nozzle.
[Note:] It may be necessary to prime the pump before use by depressing the spray mechanism once or twice until a fine spray appears.

Physiological saline solution (purified water, sodium chloride (NaCl), disodium hydrogen phosphate-12H2O, sodium dihydrogen phosphate-2H2O); sorbitol; PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil; eucalyptus oil (Eucalyptus globulus); peppermint oil (Mentha piperita); chamomile oil (Chamomilla recutita).

We ship orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be despatched the following week. We always endeavour to despatch orders as soon as possible, often within 24 hours. However, selecting 24hour delivery does not necessarily mean you will receive your parcel the next day. We will sometimes need to order items in from suppliers to complete your order (i.e. non-stock items or those which have sold out of in the shop). If we expect a delay of more than a few days with your order, we will contact you to advise. If you need one or more of your items urgently then please do feel free to contact our online team on info@elixirhealth.co.uk for a more accurate idea of despatch times.
It is always best to allow up to seven working days for delivery but unfortunately this can sometimes take longer.
International shipping: We cannot guarantee delivery dates for overseas deliveries as they are sometimes subject to customs clearance and delays in the destination country. Whilst we are happy to ship internationally (some exceptions apply), we are unfortunately unable to advise on the fees you may be charged on receipt of your delivery. We are not able to issue refunds for parcels rejected due to these fees, so if you wish to proceed with your international order then we advise that you must do so at your own risk.
If you have ordered from one of the countries we are not permitted to ship to then our team will contact you and arrange for the order to be cancelled & refunded. International shipping may be more restricted for some items and ingredients.
Other Important Information
Where it is not possible for Royal Mail to deliver your order, it will be held at your local Royal Mail office for 5 days before being returned to us. To contact your local sorting office to arrange re-delivery or collection, please call 08457 740 740 in the UK.
We would advise that you check your local sorting office before contacting us if delivery has taken more than seven working days in the UK and Overseas, although overseas customers may have to wait up to two weeks.
If your order has been 'lost in the post’, it will only be investigated 17 working days after it was shipped because it is only after this period that the Royal Mail regards postage as officially lost.
European customers should note that in some rare occasions parcels do appear to take longer than usual to arrive and in such occasions it may be necessary to wait longer before further action is taken. This is largely because of the varied quality of postal services throughout Eurozone countries.
After the post office has completed its investigations, it will subsequently refund Elixir for the value of the parcel and postage and package. Upon receiving our costs from the post office your replacement parcel will then be re-sent, or your costs reimbursed if the product is no longer required. Customers are therefore advised to request signed for deliveries to ensure full tracking opportunities.
Depending upon the weight of your consignment we will inform you of the price separately.

Every order we send is despatched either first class Royal Mail, or if the parcel exceeds 1kg, at our discretion, send the goods by parcel post, which can take a few days longer to reach you. On any recorded delivery, a signature may be required on delivery. In the case of recorded deliveries which fail to be delivered an acknowledgement card will be left stating the time and place for you to collect. International orders will take a little longer.
Please Note: If orders weigh more than two kilos we will often send packages in two separate boxes in the interests of security and safety.
As an online retailer, we are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week for you to place your online order. Our web team are available to pack and ship items Monday to Friday. Our delivery schedule is also governed by the Post Office opening. Please also consider Public Holiday closing.
